Return Policy
 

Thank you for shopping with Truth Lifted! Please read our return policy carefully before placing your order. Since we offer print-on-demand (POD) products, all items are made to order. We recommend that you choose carefully and confirm your preferences before placing your order. If you need assistance in making the right choice, feel free to contact us, and we’ll be happy to help!

 

1. No Exchanges or Returns for Color/Size Issues As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on color preferences or sizing issues. Please review the size guide and product images carefully before purchasing to ensure the right fit and style. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order for assistance.

 

2. Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products While we perform quality checks on all products, they may sometimes get damaged during transit due to courier mishandling. If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or defective product, please follow these steps to request a replacement:

  • Submit your request within 3 days of delivery.

  • Provide unboxing videos and photos of the damaged product, along with the original packaging.

  • Any requests made after 3 days will incur reprinting charges.

 

3. Lost in Transit If an item is lost during shipping, Truth Lifted will issue a refund once the shipping status confirms the item is lost.

 

4. Delayed Order Delivery If an item isn’t attempted for delivery within 15 days via Air or 20 days via Surface shipping, we can offer the following options:

  • We can reproduce and re-ship the product to you.

  • You can receive a full refund for the order.

 

5. Package Damage at Delivery If the package appears damaged upon delivery, please make sure to note the damage in the courier's delivery remarks. This helps us in claiming a refund from the courier service. Failure to note the damage may affect our ability to process your request.

 

6. Careful Unboxing Please be careful when unboxing your package. If the product is damaged by scissors or sharp objects during the unboxing process, we will not be able to offer refunds or replacements unless:

  • You provide unpacking videos.

  • You provide images of the courier cover showing any visible damage.

 

7. Size Discrepancies If you have concerns about size discrepancies, please provide clear product images and size measurements. We will check with our production team to resolve the issue.

 

8. Measurement Tolerance Please note that a measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is standard for apparel products and is not eligible for returns or refunds.
